Abstract
Bu çalışma, Türk eğitim yönetimi bilim insanlarından merhum Mehmet Okutan’ın 2016-2022 yılları arasında kaleme aldığı Taka Gazetesi’nde yayımlanan yazılarını incelemektedir. Çalışma, nitel veri analizi yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesine dayalıdır. Eğitim sistemi ve pedagojik yaklaşımlar üzerine yapılan bir değerlendirmeyi içeren çalışma, farklı konuları ele almakta, eğitim sistemi ve pedagojik yaklaşımların önemini vurgulamaktadır. Bunlardan bazıları; öğretmenin yanlış pedagojik yaklaşımının öğrenci üzerindeki olumsuz etkileridir. Türkiye'nin eğitim sistemindeki sorunlar ve reform ihtiyacı üzerinde durulmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin öğrencilere destekleyici, motive edici ve pozitif bir yaklaşım sergilemeleri gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Eğitim sisteminin güncellenmesi ve reforme edilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Eğitim paydaşlarının katılımıyla ortak bir vizyon oluşturulması ve bilimsel temellere dayanan bir eğitim bilimi kurulması önerilmektedir. Karma eğitim konusunda; cinsiyetlerin birlikte yaşamasını sağlama önemi vurgulanırken, bazı derslerde cinsiyet ayrımlarının yapılması gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Çalışma, eğitim sistemi ve pedagojik yaklaşımların iyileştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin eğitimlerinin güçlendirilmesi, eğitim sisteminin reform edilmesi ve cinsiyet eşitliği konusunda dikkatli bir yaklaşım benimsenmesi, daha sağlıklı bir eğitim ortamının oluşturulmasına katkı sağlayacaktır. Bu sayede, öğrencilerin potansiyellerini gerçekleştirmeleri ve toplumun ilerlemesine katkıda bulunmaları mümkün olabilecektir.

Abstract
This study examines the articles published in Taka Newspaper, written by the late Mehmet Okutan, one of the Turkish educational administration scientists, between 2016 and 2022. The study is based on document review, one of the qualitative data analysis methods. The study, which includes an evaluation of the education system and pedagogical approaches, addresses different issues and emphasizes the importance of the education system and pedagogical approaches. Some of those; These are the negative effects of the teacher's wrong pedagogical approach on the student. The problems in Turkey's education system and the need for reform are emphasized. It is stated that teachers should have a supportive, motivating and positive approach to students. It is emphasized that the education system needs to be updated and reformed. It is recommended to create a common vision with the participation of education stakeholders and to establish an educational science based on scientific foundations. Regarding mixed education; While the importance of ensuring that genders live together is emphasized, it is stated that gender distinctions should be made in some courses. The study provides suggestions for improving the education system and pedagogical approaches. Strengthening the training of teachers, reforming the education system and adopting a careful approach to gender equality will contribute to the creation of a healthier educational environment. In this way, it will be possible for students to realize their potential and contribute to the progress of society.
