Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, uzaktan lisansüstü eğitime katılmış okul yöneticilerinin yaşadıkları zorlukları ve edindikleri fırsatlar ile ilgili görüşlerini almaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda altı alt probleme yanıt aranmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ege Bölgesinde yer alan bir devlet üniversitesinde uzaktan lisansüstü öğrenime katılmış 13 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Görüşülen okul yöneticilerine “Y1, Y2, Y3, …” şeklinde kodlar atanmıştır. Çalışma grubunun belirlenmesinde ölçüt örnekleme ve maksimum çeşitlilik modelleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda, nitel veri toplama için bir yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. İlgili form 6 alt problemi ortaya çıkaran altı soru ve sondalardan oluşmaktadır. Bulgular alt problemlere yönelik ilgili başlıklar halinde sunulmuştur. Ayrıca görüşmelerden elde edilen bulgular tema ve kodlara dönüştürülmüş ve şekillerle desteklenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları doğrultusunda uzaktan eğitimin zorlukları, okul yöneticilerinin niteliklerini artırmak için yapılanlar, uzaktan eğitimden beklentiler, fırsatlar, değerlendirme ve öneriler temaları ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuçlar ilgili kaynaklarla tartışılmış ve internet bant genişliklerinin artırılması, ek internet destekleri verilmesi, teknolojik yeterlikler konusunda farklı hizmet içi eğitimler verilmesi gibi öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to get the opinions of school administrators who participated in distance postgraduate education about the difficulties they experienced and the opportunities they gained. For this purpose, answers are sought for six sub-problems. The phenomenology method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. The study group of the research consists of 13 school administrators who participated in distance postgraduate education at a state university in the Aegean Region. The school administrators interviewed were assigned codes as “Y1, Y2, Y3, …”. Criterion sampling and maximum variation models were used to determine the study group. For the purpose of the research, a semi-structured interview form was used for qualitative data collection. The relevant form consists of six questions and probes that reveal 6 sub-problems. The findings are presented under the relevant headings for the sub-problems. In addition, the findings obtained from the interviews were converted into themes and codes and supported with figures. In line with the findings of the research, the themes of the difficulties of distance education, what has been done to increase the qualifications of school administrators, expectations from distance education, opportunities, evaluation and suggestions have emerged. The results were discussed with the relevant sources and suggestions were developed such as increasing internet bandwidth, providing additional internet support, and different in-service trainings on technological competencies.
