Abstract
Denetim, bütün örgütlerde gerekli görülen bir unsur olduğundan, denetim sistemi iyi çalışmayan bir eğitim örgütünün amaçlarına ulaşması imkansızdır. Bu doğrultuda, eğitim örgütlerinde de örgüt sorunlarının tespiti ve bu sorunların çözümü için alınacak önlemlerin belirlenmesi denetimden elde edilecek olan verilere bağlıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, okul müdürlerinin ders denetimine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması deseni kullanılmış,veriler toplandıktan sonra içerik analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma, Kosova’nın Prizren şehrindeki Emin Durak ilköğretim okulunda çalışan beş türk sınıf öğretmeni ile Motrat Çiryazi ilköğretim okulunda çalışan on türk sınıf öğretmenleriyle yapılmıştır. Pandemi yüzünden öğretmenlerle yüz yüze görüşme gereçekleşmediğinden hazırlanan görüşme formları EBTB’dan(Eğitim Bilim Ve Tekonoloji Bakanlığı) izin alınıp okullara gidilerek öğretmenlere dağıtılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, okul müdürülerinin ders denetimini dönemde bir kez yaptıkları belirlenmiştir. Okul müdürleri ders denetimi yapmadan önce, denetim yapacağına dair önceden öğretmenlere haber verdiği, müdürün denetimde en çok dikkat ettiği unsurun ise öncelik olarak dersin sunumu olmakla birlikte az bir farkla sınıf yönetiminin takip ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin çoğu ders denetiminin kendilerine katkısı olduğunu ve bu katkının ise en fazla eksikliklerini görmelerine olanak sağladığını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğretmenler, okul müdürlerinin ders denetimi yapmasının kendilerine katkısı olduğunu düşünmelerine rağmen, çoğu öğretmen ders denetiminin eğitim müfettişleri tarafından yapılmasının daha yararlı ve verimli olacağı görüşündedirler

Abstract
Since audit is a necessary element in all organizations, it is impossible for an educational organization whose audit system does not work well to achieve its goals. Accordingly, the determination of organizational problems in educational organizations and the determination of measures to be taken to solve these problems depends on the data to be obtained from the audit. The aim of this study is to determine the teacher's views on course supervision of school principals. A case study pattern was used from qualitative research methods, and the data was analyzed by content analysis method after collection. The research was conducted with five Turkish classroom teachers working at Emin Durak primary school in Prizren, Kosovo, and ten Turkish classroom teachers working at Motrat Chiryazi primary school. Because of the pandemic, face-to-face interviews with teachers were not available, the interview forms prepared were obtained with permission from the Ebtb(Ministry of Education, Science and Technology) and distributed to teachers by going to schools. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the school principals conducted the course inspection once in the period. Before school principals conduct a course audit, it was found that they inform teachers in advance that they will conduct an audit, and the element that the principal pays most attention to in the audit is the presentation of the course as a priority, but the classroom management is followed by a small difference. Most teachers have stated that the course audit contributes to them, and this contribution allows them to see the most shortcomings. Although teachers believe that school principals ' supervision of courses contributes to them, most teachers believe that it would be more useful and efficient to conduct a course audit by educational inspectors.
