The paper examines how several case studies have technologies), mobile healthcare applications, and digital social interaction platforms that can empower students with special needs in terms of autonomy, self-representation, and active participation in the community. The analysis also highlights the structural and cultural challenges that limit their full inclusion in this digital transformation.
